OGRE supplies off grid solar / wind power control, all the customer needs to supply are batteries and panels or wind turbine. OGRE controls will supply the rest! Our completely designed and pre-assembled system includes the charge controller, safety fuses/circuit breakers, electrical disconnects, and DC to AC inverter. These systems are safe and National Electrical Code compliant!
 
What better way to break into renewable energy?  Our easy and affordable off grid power system is a great energy back-up source in case of power outages.  It also enables you to lower  your energy bill by eliminating some of the electricity you use from the grid. Ogre control systems can design off grid energy packages either 12, 24 or 48 volts DC.

Designed for applications such as electrical power back up, OGRE systems are intended for up to 750 Watts input from solar panels or 1500 watt wind turbines. OGRE also recommends using the 45 Watt solar kits offered from Harbor Frieght that are readlily available and affordable at around $200. Two sets will provide 90 watts input power and are a great start to your solar power energy system! 12 volt marine deep cycle batteries are an excellent source for DC storage.
1 to 3 batteries will be efficient to store enough power for most homes. 
Safety and convenience are priorites. 
OGRE understands not all people are electrical engineers! Our units are professionally designed for ease of use and safety. All wiring is sized and installed to be N.E.C. code compliant. Safety labels are also included on electrical controls as required.
Input  electrical disconnect with 30 to 60 amp fuse, and 2 AC 15 amp circuit breakers are included on the System1 package. In the Power Control Box, OGRE uses high quality Sunsaver charge controllers and are our pick for quality and price. OGRE also uses only high quality DC to AC inverters.
All warranties of the controller and inverter are backed by OGRE.
